It is a tremendous undertaking to run for any political office. John and his staff are dedicated to winning, but we need your help. John is here to represent the citizens of Orange County, Florida, but he needs your help to spread the word to many of them who don't know him yet.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
Please help by having parties in your neighborhood, writing letters to the editor about John, and donating funds to finance the making of signs, paying phone bills and other campaign costs. Visit the Contribute Page for more information on donating funds to the John Tegg for Sheriff campaign.

Support Volunteers Needed!
John's campaign needs you to help in any of the following areas:
  • Signs for your yard; help assemble; help distribute; find locations
  • Distribute literature in your neighborhood; help stuff envelopes
  • Research specific issues; voter information
  • Write letters to local newspaper; call in on talk radio shows
  • Recruit other supporters

John also needs you to gather neighbors and friends in your home to introduce him to more people, who in turn will spread his name and message throughout Orange County. Please volunteer to have a gathering in your home to spread the word about the John Tegg for Sheriff campaign.

Another real need is spreading the word through letters to the editor in our local newspaper. You may use the e-mail address provided below, and if you have contacts with other papers, TV or radio stations, please express to them your own particular reason for voting for John Tegg for Sheriff.

To be considered for publication, the Orlando Sentinel asks that your letter be brief and to the point and must include your name, address and daytime and evening telephone numbers. They will consider letters of all lengths, but letters in the 200-250-word range or shorter are preferred.
